To Set Up a New Copy of Outlook 2010

  1. Open the Outlook install file, read and accepts the Microsoft® Software License Terms, and then clicks Continue.

  2. Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010.

  3. In the Start-up Wizard, click Next. On the Account Configuration page, select Yest o indicate you want to configure an email account, and then click Next. If the Start-up Wizard doesn't automatically display, from the File menu, select Info, and then click Add Account.

  4. On the Auto Account Setup page, Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and then click Next.

  5. On the Choose Service page, select Microsoft Exchange, and then click Next.

  6. Complete the following:

    Microsoft Exchange Server — Type one of the following, based on your Hosted Exchange email version:
    Exchange 2007 — ex1.webcorecloud.com
    Exchange 2010 — ex1.webcorecloud.com
    NOTE: After entering your settings, the Microsoft Exchange Server will automatically update the Exchange Server to the correct server for your account.

  7. Select Use Cached Exchange Mode.

  8. User Name — Enter your email address. For example, type name@example.com.

  9. Click More Settings, and go to the Connection tab.

    In the Outlook Anywhere section, select Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP, and then click Exchange Proxy Settings.

    In the Connection Settings section, complete the following:

    https:// — Type one of the following, based on your Hosted Exchange email version:

    Exchange 2007 — ex1.webcorecloud.com
    Exchange 2010 — ex1.webcorecloud.com
    Select Connect using SSL only.
    Select On fast networks connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP.
    Select On slow networks connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP.

In the Proxy authentication settings section, choose one of the following:

For Exchange 2007 select Basic Authentication.
For Exchange 2010 select NTLM Authentication.

Click OK, and then click Apply.

Click OK and then click Next.

When the Congratulations message displays, click Finish. The Connect to window displays.

In the Connect to window, enter your User Name and Password, and then click ok. (This is your email address and password for your mailbox.)
